Sylvan Lake State Park is a gateway to White River National Forest and the Holy Cross Wilderness.

No motorized boating is allowed and no electrical service is available for campers. It’s quiet.

Campsites, cabins and yurts are available for overnight stays.

Spring, summer and fall diversions include fishing, hiking, nature study, boating and picnicking. Winter brings snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing and access to snowmobile trails.
